Sheree Whitfield, Atlanta 'Housewife,' Accused Of Prolonging Divorce For TV Cameras (VIDEO)

WATCH: 'Real Housewives' Ex Confronts Wife

When Sheree Whitfield was a cast member on "Real Housewives of Atlanta," her storyline included her struggles with her divorce from former Atlanta Falcons football player Bob Whitfield. From throwing herself a divorce party in season one to confronting her ex-husband about missed child support payments in season four, Sheree played out her troubled relationship with Bob in front of the cameras.

In this clip from "Iyanla: Fix My Life" with Sheree and Bob, Bob finally tells his side of the story, laying out how his portrayal on "Real Housewives of Atlanta" made him feel like a bad parent and revealing what he believes were the motives behind his ex-wife's behavior on the show.

"Your whole plot was to point a finger at me, to catapult yourself into some glory," Bob says to Sheree in the clip. "To take advantage of the stereotypes of the male athlete having kids everywhere, to the bad husband that abandons his family and doesn't take care of them, to the distraught woman that can't meet her bills. Basically, you took a reality show television show to become your reality."

In the clip, Bob also accuses Sheree of drawing out their divorce and using it to her advantage on the show. "Even when we were going through a divorce that was supposed to be done and finished, you needed something more just for your television cameras," he says to her.

This type of behavior, Bob says, didn't stop with him. He feels that Sheree also took advantage of her children, especially when launching her "She by Sheree" fashion line. "It's all about Sheree... so you look good on TV," he says. "We're your little accessories. I'm your f---ing handbag, your kids are your f---ing shoes."

That's when Iyanla steps in. "Take the edge off," she tells Bob. "Pump your brakes."

Sheree, meanwhile, looks like she has had enough. "Man up and do what you're supposed to do," she says.
