Purple Tunnel Crowd Demands Chance To See Obama

Purple Tunnel Crowd Demands Chance To See Obama

As if the new president didn't have enough crises already, now comes this: more and more victims of Inauguration Day's purple tunnel debacle are demanding a chance to see President Obama at the White House to make up for getting shut out of history.

And if the White House is an unreasonable venue for a disgruntled group of folks that probably numbers over 10,000, they propose the Verizon Center or Nationals Park, whatever works, as long as they get to see Obama, a right they feel they were denied on Jan. 20 when their purple, blue and silver inaugural tickets were worthless and many were forced to spend endless hours in a tunnel underground.
