Watch James Corden Play Hide And Seek With Demi Lovato And Colin Farrell In A Stranger's House

Turns out Corden was the true detective all along.

James Corden is a man of the people.

Instead of hosting "The Late Late Show" from the CBS studio, Corden hit the streets to see if any strangers would open up their house to his cast and crew to celebrate the show's one-year anniversary. After facing rejection from strangers who weren't so keen on the idea of cameras capturing their dirty laundry, Corden was welcomed into #NataliesHouse, where he proceeded to host the show complete with guests Demi Lovato, Colin Farrell and Wanda Sykes.

Naturally, they ended up playing an epic game of hide and seek, sending Lovato and Farrell scurrying through the house. Sykes chose to hide in plain sight, however, sitting on the stool Reggie Watts had just vacated, joking that the host was "a little bit racist" for not noticing the switch. Farrell outlasted them all, seeking refuge in a hall closet. Turns out Corden was the true detective all along.

The luckiest randos alive were also treated to an intimate performance from Demi Lovato, who belted out her new single "Stone Cold" in the middle of their living room.

Now that's what we call a good hump day.
