NSFW Meditation Will Make You Feel Calm AF

Meditation is for everyone. The act of focusing on the present moment and one's real-time thoughts has been shown to relieve stress, improve focus and regulate mood disorders.

There's certainly no one "right" way to meditate, and for writer Jason Headley and his enthusiasts, the path to zen involves a guided meditation, the visual of a serene beach -- and the vocabulary of a proverbial sailor (note that his quotes below are uncensored).

As you can witness in the short meditation video above (headphones recommended), Headley's honest meditation, aptly titled, "F*ck That," features his soothing voice, some beautiful waves and a string of phrases that'll make you first giggle and then nod in peaceful agreement.

"If you find your mind wandering to other thoughts, don't let it concern you. Just acknowledge that all that shit is fucking bullshit," Headley instructs in a calm voice. The first few times he unleashes those powerful expletives, you may reel back from the meditation with amusement. But, depending on the kind of person you are, once you get used to the meditation's slew of curse words, they become a comfort.
