Here's a reminder to always keep playing until the whistle is blown.
Columbia River High School in Vancouver, Wash. was down 24-23 to Skyview on Friday night with seven seconds left. Columbia River attempted a game-winning field goal, but had it blocked. Skyview players and fans immediately started celebrating what they thought was a victory, even though the team never downed the ball.
According to Micah Rice of The Columbian, Columbia River coaches started screaming at their players to pick the ball up. Reese Keller did as he was told, recovering the ball and quickly taking it in for the game-winning touchdown.
