Proving once and for all that two is better than one, Christie Brinkley and her daughter, Sailor Brinkley-Cook, have signed a sweet new deal with IMG Models. The "exclusive global representation" deal, reports Women's Wear Daily, means the 59-year-old supermodel and her lookalike kid have modeling gigs and commercials headed their way.
And Sailor, for one, is ready. The 15-year-old blonde kicked off her own modeling career off this year with a debut photo shoot in Teen Vogue, followed by an ad campaign for Claire's and a joint cover with her mother for Bella magazine.
Now, with an IMG contract under her belt before she graduates high school, things are moving fast. But Sailor has already demonstrated a refreshingly level-headed attitude and self-awareness. "It was only recently that I wanted to get into modeling," Sailor told Teen Vogue. "I said, 'Mom, should I diet?' and she was like, 'No! You don't need to be skinny, you just need to be happy with yourself and confident and fit.' All of her photos really show that. She was like a goddess."
