Pitchfork 2011 Lineup: Full Schedule, Additional Bands Announced (VIDEO)

Pitchfork Releases Full Schedule: Sample The Best Of The Fest

The Pitchfork Music Festival has filled out its lineup for the summer of 2011, and the schedule is looking pretty stacked.

On top of headliners Animal Collective, Fleet Foxes and TV on the Radio, the festival has, as always, slotted its off hours with some adventurous acts and some indie-rock standbys that make the price of a day pass worthwhile.

For our money, Sunday's the most exciting day: TV on the Radio is preceded by Cut Copy at 7:30 and Deerhunter at 6:15. Earlier in the day, Chapel Hill, NC-based indie-rock staple Superchunk plays at 5:15; their 2010 album Majesty Shredding was their first release in nine years, but the guys proved they still have their edgy, punk-inspired sound, and then some. They share an hour with the ethereal Baths, whose album Cerulean was one of the most watched and best reviewed records of last year. Kurt Vile, Ariel Pink, and the laid-back flow and controversially vulgar lyrics of OFWGKTA (a.k.a. Odd Future) help round out the day.

Friday looks good as well. Neko Case, who cut her teeth at The Hideout and other Chicago venues, is on at 7:20; Das Racist -- who became internet sensations for one of the most annoying songs ever, but are much more talented than it shows -- are on before Neko; Guided By Voices, tUnE-yArDs and Battles help fill out that day's line-up.

The Saturday lineup includes DJ Shadow, Destroyer and dance-punk forefathers The Dismemberment Plan. Fleet Foxes headlines.
