Washington is a flutter in anticipation of the upcoming premiere of "The Real Housewives of DC" Thursday, August 5th on Bravo. We are opening up our photo galleries to get you up-to-date on who is who!
In the past year, DC has unquestionably become what seems to be the new epicenter of reality television. The nation's capitol has played host to MTV's "The Real World," Bravo's "Top Chef," TLC's "DC Cupcake," and most recently, "The Real Housewives of DC," which features Stacie Scott Turner, Michaele Salahi, Catherine Ommanney, Lynda Erkiletian, and Mary Schmidt Amons in its cast. Before they were "Housewives," however, many of them were in Washington Life. As the August 5 premiere approaches, Washington Life is thrilled to collect our own photographs of the women around town.

A few notes. Although cast as a "Real DC housewife" Catherine "Cat" Ommanney is a newcomer to D.C., and, thus, we don't have any photos of her out and about. Sorry Cat, but, we're sure that will change once the show airs ... or not, if she acts like the same house guest we saw in the season premiere (we can't give out any more details until August 5th!).
And then there is Paul Wharton, the unofficial 6th "housewife." The gregarious Wharton is certainly not know for being camera shy, so we've added some images of him, probably about 1/10th of the sum total of all his images we have.
