Ford Has Texting Solution: Ford is stepping up to the plate and taking on the problem of texting while driving. It just unveiled a new technology that allows drivers to receive audio SMS messages through Ford's SYNC service. BlackBerry owners will be the first to test out the new MAP software. The new tech also features a Do Not Disturb button to block incoming calls.

YouTube Embraces HTML 5: YouTube is upgrading its mobile service, converting videos to HTML5 and increasing video quality. The move comes not through a new app, but rather on YouTube's mobile homepage. The iPhone user YouTube experience just increased exponentially... now if only the 3G network worked.

AT&T Finds iPhone Bug: AT&T announced that mobile upload issues on the new iPhone were caused by a bug. AT&T said the problem was located on Alcatel-Lucent's technology and that they are working on mending the situation that caused an outage for nearly 2 million users.
