The family of late St. Louis Cardinals outfielder Oscar Taveras took over his Twitter account on Thursday to thank his fans and those who have sent their condolences. Taveras, 22, and his girlfriend died in car accident in his native Dominican Republic in October.
Along with thanking Taveras' followers, the family also posted photos of heartwarming messages they have received:
