Kevin Ellison Arrested: Chargers Safety Caught With 100 Vicodin Pills

San Diego Chargers safety Kevin Ellison was arrested Monday after police found more than 100 Vicodin pills in the defensive back's car. According to the Long Beach Press Telegram, police pulled Ellison over for speeding in a school zone, and the pills were found during a subsequent search of the Charger's vehicle. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

KTLA reports that Ellison did not have a prescription for the pills. He was released from a Redondo Beach, Calif. jail on $10,000 bail.

Ellison attended USC and was a 6th round choice in the 1999 NFL draft. He is the younger brother of Bills linebacker Keith Ellison.
