To call attention to National HIV/AIDS and Aging Awareness Day (September 18, 2014), just weeks before his participation in the 18th annual United States Conference on AIDS (USCA) taking place October 2-5, 2014, renowned photographer and HIV/AIDS Activist Duane Cramer drops by the Nicholas Snow Live studios to discuss a myriad of issues facing those of us living with HIV.

Since being diagnosed with HIV 18 years ago, Duane Cramer has become a tireless advocate for HIV awareness and education, using his photography and creative skills to bring attention to the disease. He is well known for his photography-based HIV awareness visuals, and particularly for his efforts in the African-American community, which has been disproportionately affected by HIV.
