Kangaroo Express
At many locations in Virginia, South Carolina and North Carolina, Ball Park hot dogs will be 50 cents a pop from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., while supplies last -- and they're free with a military ID! Call your local Kangaroo to see if they're in on the deal.
