This Little Hockey Fan Just Had The Best Moment Of His Life, And It's All On Camera

This is too, too sweet.

When right winger Jordin Tootoo got a shout from a young fan at a hockey game Wednesday, the friendly player took a second to say hi and give the boy a high five. That probably would have been enough to make the kid's night, but the Grand Rapids Griffins player didn't stop there -- he also gave the boy his hockey stick.

The look on the boy's face when he realizes what just happened is pure joy:

Tootoo, the first Inuk player in the National Hockey League, played with the Detroit Red Wings earlier this season, but was sent down to the Griffins, the Wings' American Hockey League affiliate.

According to MLive, the 31-year-old has played 12 seasons in the NHL. The Griffins play the Abbotsford Heat Friday in their first game of the AHL's playoffs.

One thing's for sure: Tootoo (who wears number 22) will have a fan for life.
