Deion Sanders' Son Shilo Is Torn Between Football And Music (VIDEO)

Deion Sanders' Son Feels Pressure To Live Up To Dad's Expectations

At 13 years old, Shilo Sanders has some big shoes to fill. Pro football Hall of Famer Deion Sanders isn't just his father; he's his high school football coach. Feeling the pressure, Shilo talks to his older brother, 19-year-old Deion Jr., on "Deion's Family Playbook."

"A couple of days ago, Dad got mad at me and asked me if I wanted to play football anymore," Shilo says. "He said I'm embarrassing him, so if I don't want to play, he doesn't want me to play."

His real passion, Shilo says, is music. "My dad wants me to be great at football, but at the same time I feel like I could be great at music," he says. "I mean one day, I might be able to get a music scholarship."

His brother knows how Shilo feels, and gives him some advice. "Just do your best," he says. "He can't accept anything else."

Though Deion Jr. says playing football could lead to a college scholarship, like it did for him, he tells Shilo the most important thing is to have fun. "You just got to enjoy what you have now, and just play hard," he says. "Just go hard in everything you do."

"Deion's Family Playbook" airs Saturdays at 10 p.m. ET on OWN.
