Alice Park, Fashion Designer, Tells Us The Benefits Of Apple Cider Vinegar

Jan 30, 2014 | Updated Jun 27, 2014

When you're a fashion designer at Madewell, it's pretty much a given that you're cool. And that proved to be the case when we came across Alice Park outside of our offices. (Yes, we share a building with Madewell, be jealous).

What initially caught our attention was the designer's minimalist style and glowing complexion. "I started drinking raw apple cider vinegar recently," the associate designer told us. "I really like it so far -- it's supposed to cleanse your system and get toxins out. I feel like it's working."

Park is right. There are a plethora of benefits to be gained from apple cider vinegar in addition to getting rid of toxins, from both drinking it and applying it topically. It's probably time we all stocked up!
