Happy Birthday, Betty White! Let's Celebrate The Best Of Betty

Happy 92nd Birthday, Betty White!

One of America's national treasures, Betty White, turns 92 on Friday (Jan. 17).

After being in show business for over seven decades and the winner of five Emmys, White has had too many memorable moments to cover in one celebration, so we here at HuffPost have compiled some of her best bits from over the years. Take a look below at one of our favorite funny women from the small screen.

Here's a picture of White from 1954 when she was producer and host of her own talk show, "The Betty White Show."

And here's an uplifting video of her singing "It's a Good Day" from that same show:

One of White's most famous roles was as Sue Ann Nivens on "The Mary Tyler Moore Show." Check out this classic clip from when the Happy Homemaker was brought on to read the news next to Ted Baxter:

Or the time Sue Anne's heart was broken at the Television Editors Award in an episode from Season 6:

After "The Mary Tyler Moore Show" ended in 1977, White's next iconic role was as Rose Nylund on the beloved series, "The Golden Girls." Rose was from the small town of St. Olaf in Minnesota. Check out the video below of a supercut of all of Rose's strange St. Olaf's phrases:

Aside from sitcoms, White was also a staple on the game show circuit (her husband was "Password" host Allen Ludden). Check out the time below when White took over hosting duties on "Match Game" with hilarious results.

Her fan base has only grown over the years, with new generations falling in love with her. An Internet campaign was started to have White host "Saturday Night Live," which proved successful when she hosted the show in 2010.

Now White has returned to her TV roots, hosting "Betty White's Off Their Rockers" for Lifetime, and starring as Elka on TV Land's "Hot in Cleveland."

Happy Birthday, Betty! You're our Golden Girl!
