Haiti Charity Workers From Colorado Springs Missing In Earthquake

COLORADO SPRINGS - As chaos reigned in the streets of Haiti, one Colorado Springs charity seemed eerily silent as workers waited for the phone to ring.

Compassion International operates around the globe, with 80 local staff in Haiti, helping 65,000 children, the charity said. When the quake struck, there were two workers from Colorado Springs -a contracted videographer, and a staffer- making a video for the website.
