Red Sox closer Koji Uehara started a party 95 years in the making when he recorded the final out of the 2013 World Series. With that out the Red Sox were World Series champions for the eighth time in franchise history and were celebrating a title at Fenway Park for the first time since 1918.
After the presentation of the Commissioner's Trophy to the franchise brass and the presentation of the World Series MVP Trophy to the team's Papi, the champagne celebration really took off in the home locker room. Amid the copious amounts of cold beer and regular-size champagne bottles, David Ortiz broke out a mammoth, gold bottle that figured prominently in perhaps the most unforgettable image of the raucous bash.
