Guess The Price: What Will This Swanky NYC Condo Actually Cost You?

Living in one of the country's most expensive zip codes is going to be, well, expensive.

If it's still unclear what that means exactly, take this recent listing on New York's Upper East Side, for example.

The sun-drenched, six-bedroom, five-and-a-half bath condo is situated at a corner of the swanky Seville apartment building on Manhattan's East 77th Street. It's also got four-exposure skyline views and a dining room big enough to fit 20 guests.

At just over 4,000 square feet, listing agency Douglas Elliman is calling the property the lowest priced six-bedroom condo in the neighborhood.
