Navy Pier Fireworks: WATCH New Year's Eve Display (VIDEO)

UPDATE: Video of New Year's Eve fireworks last night at Navy Pier can be found below.

New Year's Eve 2009 was celebrated with Navy Pier fireworks twice in Chicago -- the first time at 8:15 p.m. and the second time at midnight.

The first fireworks show accommodated children and young families. A free concert took place after that and preceded the midnight fireworks, lasting about 15 minutes.

Free entertainment for kids began at 6 p.m., and included live music and a youth dance ensemble.

Navy Pier also hosted a New Year's Eve Bash, which included the Bank of America Winter WonderFest from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Navy Pier fireworks are held frequently in Chicago and are perhaps most popular for their annual Fourth of July show.
