Rocko's doctor, Dr. Paula Hutchison, was voiced by Linda Wallem. While her acting credits have been few and far between, Wallem stepped behind the camera and has worked on shows such as "That 70s Show," "Whitney" and "The Comeback." Wallem co-created Showtime's critically-acclaimed "Nurse Jackie" and currently serves as a consulting producer.
