Gorgeous Midcentury House Developed By Joseph Eichler Is What We'd Buy If We Won The Powerball (PHOTOS)

This Is The House To Buy If You Had Won The Powerball

If we had won the $400 million Powerball lottery jackpot last night, the first thing we would do (after we were done screaming) is head straight to this amazing midcentury home developed by real estate guru Joseph Eichler.

Located in Sequoyah Hills, California, this 1960s home will take you back in time thanks to its authentic structure and interior. As Curbed points out, the space is true to Eichler and architect Claude Oakland's designs with exposed beams, wood ceilings, floor-to-ceilings windows and a pitched roof.

According to the listing, the home is for sale for $775,000. It has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. So, as you see, this home would only take a little amount of our winnings and leave us plenty of cash left to decorate it in fabulous vintage finds -- ah, if only.

Scroll through our slideshow to see photos, and head over to Curbed and the listing site for more information.
