Having actually been to Jonathan Adler's office in New York City, we knew it was whimsical, groovy and fabulous -- just like him. But we never got to see the day-to-day of how he has created a workspace that's serious about getting things done and having fun. In the latest video of the AOL original series "Inspiration Point with Jonathan Adler," he takes us through a typical day and introduces us to his amazing team.
Adler compares himself to Willy Wonka, but instead of a chocolate factory, he has a "fantasy factory" where he and his team bring those wonderfully wacky ideas of his to life. "I wanted to create a a world where creative funsters can congregate and make magic."
And even though the decor is bright and there's guaranteed to be a pup walking around, Adler takes his creations very seriously. In the video above you'll see how his Brass Edie ring box went from an idea he had in his sleep to one of the leading pieces in his holiday collection.
Watch the video, and scroll through our photos to see even more from Adler.
