'Orange Is The New Black' Season 2 Will Take Viewers 'Deeper' (VIDEO)

'Orange Is The New Black's' 'Trojan Horse'

"Orange Is The New Black" Season 2 will deliver, Taylor Schilling said.

In a recent visit to HuffPost Live, the "Orange Is The New Black" star said everything is growing in Season 2. "All of the characters and all of the dynamics are just going deeper. It's just getting fuller and richer and to me, more compelling," she said in the video above. Expect to dive deeper into the characters in Season 2, but maybe not all the characters.

In an interview with E! Online, Schilling said she's not sure of what's happening with her co-star Laura Prepon and whether or not she'll return to the Netflix series. "Well, you know, I don't really know anything about that, I just know that she's an amazing actress and I've really had an incredible time working with her and I know that there's no end to that relationship," Schilling told E! Online.

"Orange Is The New Black" has been hailed for its portrayal of women of all races and backgrounds. Schilling said she likes creator Jenji Kohan's assessment of her character, Piper Chapman, being a Trojan Horse of sorts. "Piper's story allows us to see into a world that we don't get to see and that certainly deals with a lot of racism and classicism. I think Piper's eyes are open to things she wasn't necessarily aware of and hopefully that is a journey the audience is taking," Schilling told HuffPost Live in the video below. "That idea ... we kind of blow the doors open on just what it means to be a white woman ... you don't really have to question that until you're living outside of our culture. She becomes a very counter-cultural figure."

"Orange Is The New Black" Season 1 is streaming on Netflix. Season 2 is currently filming.
