GOLDEN -- The judge overseeing the Jessica Ridgeway murder case will allow two doctors to testify as experts that injuries found on the 10-year-old's body indicate she was sexually assaulted.
Jefferson County District Court Chief Judge Stephen Munsinger ruled the doctors -- one a nationally known pediatric forensic pathologist and one a specialist in child abuse examinations in Denver -- are sufficiently experienced to be considered expert witnesses at trial.
