Dog Reunites With Soldier Dad Who Spent 6 Months Overseas (VIDEO)

There are very few things as touching as a faithful dog being reunited with its owner, but when the owner happens to be a soldier who has spent the past several months stationed overseas, sobbing is all but expected.

The latest such homecoming comes to us courtesy of Lt. Gary Daugherty and his beloved dog Bugaboo. In a video posted to YouTube last month, the moment of Daughtery's return is captured for the world to see, in all of its face-licking, tail-wagging glory.

"After being gone for over 6 months, this is what happened when my puppy saw her daddy again," the video explains.
