Johnny Depp and Amber Heard might not publicly discuss their relationship, platonic or otherwise, but on Thursday the two weren't shy about their affection while out in Russia.
Depp and Heard were spotted holding hands as they arrived at a restaurant in Moscow. The actor is overseas promoting his new film, "The Lone Ranger," and the 27-year-old went to join him. This is the first time Heard has met up with Depp along the press tour, PopSugar notes. She didn't make an appearance for his Anaheim, Calif., premiere.
The gorgeous couple was first linked last year when they co-starred in "The Rum Diary." At the time, the actress split from girlfriend Tasya van Ree and the actor left his partner of 14 years, model Vanessa Paradis, shortly after. Following a brief time apart, Depp and Heard rekindled their alleged romance in April.
The 50-year-old recently opened up about his split from Paradis, with whom he has two children.
"We’re on great terms and there’s nothing weird or strange. It’s very normal. She’s a great mommy and a great woman," he told the Mirror Wednesday. “If you love, you have to love beyond what you think is love. When the s*** hits the fan you have to keep loving.
