MTV will rebroadcast "The Hills" finale with a never-before-seen ending on Friday, August 9 at 11:30 a.m. ET as part of the new RetroMTV Brunch programming block. The RetroMTV Brunch programming stars on Monday, July 8 at 9 a.m. ET with the first episode of "Laguna Beach."

The first two seasons of "Laguna Beach" and the full series run of "The Hills" will air during the summer programming block, which will see stars of "Awkward" and "Girl Code" -- Molly Tarlov, Jillian Rose Reed, Nicole Byer and Nessa -- will provide commentary and interviews to celebrate the classic MTV reality shows.

"The Hills" ended in 2010 with Kristin Cavallari and Brody Jenner saying goodbye, then the camera panned out and the back drop moved to reveal a Hollywood set, leaving fans questioning what, if anything, on the show was actually "reality." "The thing is, as you saw on the end -- what's real and what's fake, you don't know," Jenner told MTV News shortly after the series ended.
