A judge has decided that the lawsuit against actress Julianna Margulies, brought by her former managers, has enough evidence to go to trial, reports TMZ.

D/F Management has accused the actress of breaking ties with the group without paying their 10 percent commission for solidifying her a spot both on "The Good Wife" and as a spokesperson for L'Oreal.

Her managers are asking for $420,000 in back compensation as well as a piece of her future earnings. Season 5 of "The Good Wife" premieres in September.
