Marc Jacobs Graffiti By Kidult Covers Paris Store Exterior (PHOTO)

Graffiti Artist Kidult Hits Back, Tags Another Marc Jacobs Store

Marc Jacobs and Kidult are at it again. French graffiti artist Kidult has tagged the storefront of Marc Jacobs' Paris location, scrawling "$686" across the windows in neon green paint.

The artist tweeted a photo of his work with the caption "680? 689?...686?! How much are you going to sell this for? #kidultarmyparis #thisisnotart"

The numbers and second hashtag reference the last time Kidult tagged a Marc Jacobs store, hitting the designer's Soho location in May 2012. After Kidult painted the word "ART" in bright pink on the store's exterior, Marc Jacobs turned and sold a limited edition "Art by Art Jacobs tee" with a photo of the graffiti on it for $689 at the Soho store.

Kidult was less than pleased, tweeting, "SHAME on you, YOU COPY @therealkidult to make money with it, capitalist thieve."

Now the graffiti artist might have had his revenge, making his marc (get it?) on another Jacobs outpost. Think the designer will turn the neon numbers into another tee?
