Mikhail Youzhny Smashes Racquet During French Open Match Against Tommy Haas (VIDEO)

Epic Meltdown At French Open

It didn't take long for Mikhail Youzhny's frustration in his fourth-round match against Tommy Haas to boil over on Monday. The 30-year-old Russian lost the first set 6-1 in just 22 minutes. After Youzhny lost the first three games of the second set, he took his anger out on his racquet.

During a break, Youzhny smashed his racquet nine times against the bench until it completely shattered. Then he calmly sat down and put a towel over his head as the crowd at Roland Garros “oohed” and “aahed."

It didn't get better for Youzhny. Haas went on to win in straight sets, 6-1, 6-1, 6-3.

At least Youzhny didn't slam his racquet against his face this time..
