In the words of LeBron James, several players were "just trying to get the advantage" during Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals between the Miami Heat and Indiana Pacers.
James may have delivered the most egregious flop but he had plenty of competition for the distinction. With Miami clinging to a two-point lead late in the fourth quarter, James attempted to gain an advantage by embellishing some contact with David West. The four-time MVP flailed his arms and fell backwards in the paint. What made this flop more special was that West also flopped, stumbling backwards underneath the basket.
No foul was called despite all the histrionics.

Indiana's Lance Stephenson and Miami's Shane Battier also showed off their acting chops during the Pacers' 99-92 win. Stephenson did his best to draw a call after barely making contact with Ray Allen in the first quarter. No call was made. Just seconds before Stephenson's flop, Shane Battier managed to draw a foul on Sam Young despite hooking the Pacers forward's arm and appearing to intentionally fall down.
Will the NBA levy fines for any of these flops?
