Mary J. Blige Tax Lien: Husband-Manager Martin 'Kendu' Isaacs Responds Via Twitter

MJB's Manager Responds To Tax Lien Trouble

As Mary J. Blige’s latest money woes continued to make headlines stemming from an outstanding $3.4 million tax lien, her husband-manager, Martin “Kendu” Isaacs has since come to her defense.

Although Isaacs didn’t take the traditional route of releasing a press statement to the public, his response came from the result of a fan via Twitter.

According to the record executive’s Twitter account, his verbal assault started after the fan’s critique of Isaac’s skills as the singer-songwriter’s manager;

@kenduisaacs Who's gonna lie about an IRS lien? (@tmz) I never came for y'all relationship, dummy. You a bad manager.

A representative for Blige reportedly stated late last week that the Grammy Award-winner is working "with her new team to resolve all these issues as quickly as possible."
