Bill O'Reilly: 'I'm The Fairest Guy On The Planet'

Bill O'Reilly described himself as "the fairest guy on the planet" in a heated exchange Thursday with HuffPost Live host and Columbia University professor Marc Lamont Hill over the IRS scandal.

Hill said that it's totally plausible Obama may not have known in advance that the IRS was targeting Tea Party groups. O'Reilly countered that Hill is only giving Obama the benefit of the doubt because he supports the president.

"I'm a neutral as far as President Obama is concerned, because my job is to be fair and balanced," the Fox News host said, perhaps making a reference to the channel's tagline, "Fair & Balanced." "So I don't know what he knew, and if evidence points to the fact that he did know and he covered it up, then he's through."

Hill argued that the GOP is wrong in trying to make the IRS scandal out to be on par with Watergate, and criticized John Boehner for saying that it is impossible to believe Obama didn't know what was going on. "Even Bill O'Reilly says it's possible!" he said.

"Even Bill O'Reilly - I love that phrase," O'Reilly said. "So used by the far-left cooks. 'Even Bill O'Reilly!' I'm the fairest guy on the planet, you know that."

To O'Reilly's credit, Jon Stewart did say in 2010 that he is the fairest person at Fox -- or, as he called it at the time, "the Temple of Doom."
