It was all about the hair this week at the Cannes Film Festival. Gone are the days of straight strands and basic buns. The stars really have stepped it up with different hairstyles on the red carpet. Freida Pinto made our "Best" list twice this week for sporting an unlikely hair accessory in one look, and in the other, a very interesting take on a braided updo. Nicole Kidman also revealed an awesome sculpted ponytail.
But some stars took their beauty looks too far. Elena Lenina's textured updo reached dramatic heights. And poor Paloma Faith can't stop piling on the makeup.
