One World Trade Center Spire Video Shows Workers' Bravery, Amazing View Of Lower Manhattan

Afraid of heights? Maybe then don't watch this nine minutes of footage from a camera Port Authority attached to the One World Trade Center spire.

Workers installed the final pieces of the 401-foot spire Friday, making the tower the tallest skyscraper in the Western Hemisphere. The camera, which is aimed directly down towards Earth, shows the view from near the spire's tip as it's slowly hoisted upwards.

Near the end of the video, you see four brave workers carefully affixing the final pieces, lower Manhattan looming nearly 1,776 feet below.
