'All-Star Celebrity Apprentice': Gary Busey Acts Like A Mechanical Dog

Once again, Gary Busey was put in charge of a team on "All-Star Celebrity Apprentice," and once again he proved to be the ultimate wild card. In other words, he brought his own special brand of crazy to the table while designing an ad campaign for LG's line of "life-assisting" appliances.

Most people probably wouldn't think of a man who turns into a mechanical dog as a promotional angle for these products, but most people aren't Gary Busey!

"I’m gonna go on all fours," he explained, and then started barking.

"He is literally barking mad," his teammate Penn Jillette quipped.

Fellow teammate Lisa Rinna summed it up succinctly, saying, "Gary is batsh*t crazy. Period, end of story."

And it was the end of Gary's story. LG wasn't on board with his insane idea. Gary, Penn and Lisa faced the Trump, but there was really only one logical choice here. It was time for Gary to go. And he did.

Entertainment Weekly called Gary's firing inevitable. "Gary Busey’s looney tunes act ensures that he will never be fired early but that he also will never make it to the very end because that would simply be too absurd, even for this show," they said.

Buddy TV pointed out that Gary was a bad sport about it, too. He not only lied and tried to throw both Penn and Lisa under the bus, but he walked out of the boardroom without saying a word to either of them, or anyone for that matter.

Five celebrities remain. Who will get fired next on "All-Star Celebrity Apprentice," Sundays at 9 p.m. ET on NBC.

TV Replay scours the vast television landscape to find the most interesting, amusing, and, on a good day, amazing moments, and delivers them right to your browser.
