Biker Helps Elderly Man Who Fell, Touches The Internet's Heart (VIDEO)

WATCH: Biker Restores Faith In Humanity

Often stereotyped as macho speedsters, motorbike riders aren't typically associated with squishy, happy feelings that fill the belly with warmth. But this perception may change for you, thanks to a video posted on YouTube over the weekend.

Titled "Who says bikers don't care!" and viewed more than 440,000 times already, the video shows a biker stopping his motorcycle to help an elderly man who took a tumble on the street. It is shot from the perspective of the biker's helmet-mounted camera.

"Are you okay? Are you going to go far?" the biker asks the older gentleman as he checks him for injuries. "Do you want me to call anyone for you?"

The compassionate biker has already won plenty of praise on the Interwebs for his thoughtfulness.

"Atta boy! I guess this gets filed under 'never judge a book by its cover.' Bravo," wrote one YouTube user on Tuesday.

"Faith in humanity restored," wrote another.
