Ryan Seacrest sat down with the Kardashians for an interview special, and Kim opened up about her painful pregnancy.
Sister Khloe said Kim has "hated" being pregnant and that her pregnancy has been so difficult, it's scaring her from having kids. Khloe says Kim complains about everything from her feet to her nails hurting.
Kim: "It’s just really painful everywhere. Seriously."
Khloe: "She cries all the time, too."
Kim also said she’s been getting paranoid -- Googling things about pregnancy and getting scared by what she finds. But perhaps the special’s biggest revelation? Kim realized that, yes, being a mom will change things.
Khloe: "She doesn't think it's gonna change anything."
Seacrest: "Is that true?"
Kim: "No, I do. I do. I think I'm realizing now that it is ..."
Another thing that could change? Kim confirmed again what she's said on her family's reality show -- she will definitely marry boyfriend Kanye West. And just in time -- Kim's divorce from Kris Humphries is finally happening, a judge approved the divorce settlement Friday.
Also on the special, Kim admitted to being a bit of a “hypocrite” when it comes to being pregnant with West’s baby, since she once told sister Kourtney she should not have a baby out of wedlock.
We’ll see what happens with the marriage though. Some already accuse Kanye of being an absentee dad while others say no way: Even though he's been working on his music in Paris, he’s constantly traveling to see Kim.
