Madonna's daughter Lourdes Leon reportedly wishes her papa wouldn't preach so much.
Earlier this month it was reported that the 16-year-old is currently dating fellow classmate and "Homeland" star Timothée Chalamet, but according to RadarOnline, Lourdes is not seeing eye-to-eye with her father, Carlos Leon, when it comes to her love life.
Sources told the website that Carlos is a "watchful" dad and he has laid down some "very stern" ground rules for his teenage daughter.
“Madonna was the villain because she was very firm when it came to school studies and manners early on, but that’s changed as Lourdes has matured. Now she secretly gets a kick out of it when Lourdes complains to her about the curfew her dad’s imposed and all the embarrassing questions he asks her and Timothee," the source told RadarOnline. “For a change Madonna is not the mean parent!”
The source explains that while Carlos trusts his daughter and likes her boyfriend, "he's old school and he thinks putting a little fear into the boy dating your daughter is a good thing. Madonna just thinks it’s hilarious.”
Lourdes and Timothée reportedly aren't shy about their love life, as a source told the New York Post that students at the famed La Guardia High School of Music & Performing Art are totally aware of their romance.
"It’s common knowledge at the school that the pair are dating," a source told the paper.
