Jon Hamm is a fan of "Veronica Mars," or at least its creator Rob Thomas.

“It’s awesome that happened” Hamm told the New York Post regarding the successful "Veronica Mars" Kickstarter revival. “I know Rob Thomas and I’m a fan."

Thomas' "Veronica Mars" movie Kickstarter successfully raised more than $5.7 million and the film will shoot during the summer of 2013 with a 2014 release date.

"Mad Men" creator Matthew Weiner told the New York Post if there was going to be a "Mad Men" movie, he'd consider going the "Veronica Mars" route. “I would totally welcome it,” he said.

What if the two shows combined? We may not know what that would look like exactly, but check out a fan-made version of the "Veronica Mars" opening credits, "Mad Men"-style.

"Mad Men" airs on Sundays at 10 p.m. ET on AMC.
