LeAnn Rimes, Eddie Cibrian Sitcom? Sources Say Couple Have Marriage Sitcom In The Works

Move over, Brandi Glanville. Eddie Cibrian and LeAnn Rimes want to make it big on television, too.

According to Us Weekly, Rimes and Cibrian "have been shopping around a scripted comedy based on their lives together," where the couple of two years "would play versions of themselves, kind of like on 'Curb Your Enthusiasm.'" (Just with more gratuitous bikini shots and Twitter wars with ex-wives, we imagine.)

The source told the magazine that the series will indeed feature a "crazy ex-wife" character and draw from the couple's real-life drama with Cibrian's ex-wife, "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Brandi Glanville.

This wouldn't be the first time the couple have shared screen time, though. It was on the set of the made-for-TV movie "Northern Lights" where rumors first surfaced that Rimes and Cibrian were cheating on their respective spouses.

Cibrian filed for divorce from Glanville in August 2009, and a few months later, Dean Sheremet, Rimes' then-husband, did the same. Rimes and Cibrian wed in April 2011.
