Greta Van Susteren, known for bringing some of the event's biggest stars, announced that she will be skipping this year's White House Correspondents Dinner.

Van Susteren wrote that she has been attending the annual event for some 20 years, but has a scheduling conflict which will prevent her from attending this year.

"I am sure everyone will have fun – it is the one day of the year that the media, politicians, entertainers etc. socialize together – but it can also be a bit exhausting as it is a 2 1/2 day affair," Van Susteren wrote in a blog post.

Last year, Van Susteren and her husband John Coale brought Lindsay Lohan to the dinner. Fox News invited Kim Kardashian. Van Susteren announced in February that her husband was battling cancer.
