Did Tiger Woods steal Kris Humphries' girl?
According to a new report in the latest print issue of Us Weekly, Humphries had been wooing skier Lindsey Vonn when the pro golfer came along and swept her off her feet.
“Woods wasn’t Vonn’s only suitor,” a source close to Vonn reportedly told the magazine. “Bachelor No. 2 was none other than Kim Kardashian ex Kris Humphries.” The source added, however, that the pair's relationship had likely not been "physical."
As the New York Post notes, the Brooklyn Nets player, who -- like Vonn -- is from Minnesota, had tweeted in June last year that he and the Olympic skier had been spending some time together:
However, despite the rumors swirling around the web this week about a possible Humphries-Vonn romance, a Hollywood Life report on Wednesday stressed that the duo's relationship was purely platonic.
“It’s not true. They hung out with a group of friends last summer in Los Angeles. They met at a club that once and that was it,” a source close to Humphries told the gossip website.
After months of speculation and bashful denials, Woods and Vonn officially announced their relationship on Facebook earlier this month.
"Something nice that's happened off the course was meeting Lindsey Vonn. Lindsey and I have been friends for some time, but over the last few months we have become very close and are now dating," the golfing star wrote on his Facebook page on March 18.
