Rebel Wilson may have found her next co-star in Jennifer Lawrence.
In a recent interview with Buzzfeed, Wilson spoke about Lawrence, dubbing her the sexiest woman alive, and noting that she is "really quite tall" and "really nice." Wilson then revealed that she has been looking at a role in Lawrence's "Hunger Games" film series.
When asked if she would ever appear in a "Hunger Games" movie, Wilson responded, "Um, seriously, I have had a meeting about being in 'The Hunger Games.' Yes."
"It was one of the people in the Capitol. That's all I'll say," Wilson added. "Yeah, because there aren't a lot of roles open, because they've all already been cast, but that would be awesome. I'd love to be in 'The Hunger Games.'"
Production for the second "Hunger Games" film, "Catching Fire," began last fall. The film hits theaters on Nov. 22.
Over at "The Hunger Games" fan site TheHob.org, one reader speculated that Wilson could play Delly Cartwright, a childhood friend of Peeta who's described as "friendly." Delly never makes it into the Capitol, however, so that might be wishful thinking. Another fan suggested former Capitol stylist Tigris.
The third and final book in the "Hunger Games" series, "Mockingjay," will be released in two parts. With production yet to begin, Wilson may have her chance at finding herself in the Capitol.
