PHOTO: Seeing Italy's President Clearly Has Made Biden's Day

Vice President Joe Biden is in Rome, where he is leading the U.S. delegation that is attending Pope Francis' inaugural mass on Tuesday. Biden, the first Catholic to be elected vice president, has a busy schedule on Monday: Four bilateral meetings with world leaders. He clearly was excited to see Italy's president, Giorgio Napolitano:

Biden seems to enjoy meeting foreign leaders. Last month, he looked super excited to meet with British Prime Minister David Cameron in London.
