'The Biggest Loser': Bob Has Emotional Connection With Jeff In Penultimate Episode (VIDEO)

'Biggest Loser': Who Guaranteed Their Spot In The Finals?

It was the final week for the contestants on "The Biggest Loser" Ranch. The two-hour show found several different ways to look back at the progress the final five contestants have made over the past eleven weeks. They got to watch their video messages to themselves that they made on Day One, and they had the classic challenge where they had to carry the weight they'd lost again.

The trainers got to say goodbye to their original teams, leading to an emotional moment between Bob Harper and Jeff. 25-year-old Jeff lost his father at an early age and had kind of checked out of his life. He'd come to see Bob as a father figure -- the man who pushed him when he needed it. The admission touched Bob, who teared up and had a private heart-to-heart with Jeff.

"You’ve changed my life, 100 percent. And I can’t thank you enough," Jeff said.

"I know that wherever your father is right now, that he is so proud of you," Bob said. The two embraced and Bob promised he would be there forever if Jeff needed him.

Buddy TV said this was the first time Bob has ever broken down like that on the show. SheKnows wasn't surprised, saying, "It’s no secret that Bob Harper truly cares about changing peoples’ lives."

In the end, the contestants faced a red line and a yellow line. Long the biggest loser in the house, Gina fell below the red line and saw her journey end. Only Jeff and Danni had great numbers on the scale, securing their spot in next week's finale. Meanwhile, Joe and Jackson are pleading for America's vote to get that third spot for the top prize.

Tune in next week for the season finale of "The Biggest Loser," next Monday at 8 p.m. EST on NBC.
