Pitbull Disses Lil Wayne In 'Welcome To Dade County' Track (AUDIO, VIDEO)

Pitbull Rips Lil Wayne

Lil Wayne rubbed quite a few Miamians the wrong way with recent comments about the Heat. Now he's being put in his place, courtesy of Mr. 305 himself.

Little Havana native Pitbull released the diss track "Welcome to Dade County" on Monday -- and though he doesn't mention Wayne by name, the message is pretty clear: "You talk Miami, yes you talkin' Heat/Moral of the story, don't shit where you eat."

The kerfluffle started after Lil Wayne, who owns a home in Miami Beach and regularly shows up for games at AmericanAirlines Arena, claimed earlier this month he had been booted from a Heat game. And when at a party in Houston over NBA All-Star weekend, he reportedly started a "Fuck Miami Heat" chant, yelled "Fuck LeBron, fuck She Wade, fuck Chris Bosh," and told the crowd he'd had sex with Bosh's wife.

Like anyone whose nickname includes Miami-Dade's area code, Pitbull wasn't too pleased, and hopped on the beat from "Harlem Shake." And once the track dropped, it was made into a video (WATCH ABOVE) by South Florida's own Cuban-American puppet Pepe Billete, starring Pitbull's official DJ, Chino, and a fake Lil Wayne on a skateboard being chased by Miami's roller derby team, the Vice City Rollers.

Update: Thursday, 11:20 a.m. -- Lil Wayne responded to the diss on Twitter Wednesday:
