Kristen Stewart may have "won" the Razzie for Worst Actress for her role in the final "Twilight" installment, but she didn't let the dubious title, or a foot injury keep her from the 85th Annual Academy Awards on Sunday night.
The 22-year-old actress made her way down the red carpet on crutches, but ditched them when it came time to pose for photographers.

Why Stewart needed the crutches in the first place is still unknown, but she was spotted limping on her right foot at the show's rehearsals the night before.
UPDATE: Stewart's makeup artist, Beau Nelson, told People magazine the reason the actress was on crutches was because "cut the ball of her foot, quite severely, on glass two days ago."
